Venice, Italy

I couldn't believe how beautiful the waterways of venice were. I was expecting to be taken in the gondola. What i was shocked about is how the interior of the gondola looked. In the gondola there was velvet and rugs it was so nice. I knew the gondola ride was going to be a little but of money. The cost was 90 euros each 35 minutes of the excursion.

While on the excursion we went underneath a bridge called Ponte dei Sospiri also called the bridge of sighs. It is a bridge to the old prisons and the interrogation rooms. In Venice the population is 270,660, the land area is 160.1 square miles. It is relatively located on the top of the Adriatic sea. The people of Venice of course are Italian so they speak italian.
